This time I got lil disappointed. One of the baali lock was defected. It was loose and opening on its own. I didn't complain and took it to nearby jewelery shop to fix it. They said its defected. I took it to 2nd shop and the boy pressed it and said I hv fixed it just don't open it unnecessarily its defected. I felt low.
2nd pair of earring pearl was out in the packet when I opened it. I fixed it with hot glue. But it is out again. I didn't complain but I felt bad . I ll think before ordering now
