I have ordered from tj multiple times and I love the quality and durability of their products. However, this time I ran into a few issues. 1. I ordered the bag in brown but they sent me the pink one. I decided to keep it and took it with me to a work trip and the first day I used it, the strap broke from one side (one of the pins came off) and not soon after the second pin also came off. The bag also came scrunched - deshaped.
Not satisfied with the item and its quality. Disappointed
I hv previously bought a bag and many earrings ad other piece of jewellery from u and that was ok.bt this bag was not OK.it wasn't round.i think it was some faulty piece.its shape ws spoilt and quality was very poor
