Domestic Shipping

I am an old costumer, and a satisfied costumer too. Last time I ordered 4 pieces of different earrings. This long golden with black longitudinal part was not joined right when I wear it the black part comes to the back. ( Ulta attach ha). So a bit sad because I liked that Article. Price is not that much so I am not bothering for changing and past experience was also goo. So plz next time try to check before packing the things plz.
